The Perks of Working with a Team!

Picking a Realtor when you decide to list or buy a home can be so stressful. You want to make sure they are knowledgeable, responsible, hard-working, available, and the list goes on and on… It is so hard to find all of those things in 1 person. That’s why it’s so great to work with a real estate TEAM! You don’t get just one awesome agent, you get multiple. Here are a few reasons why working with a real estate team will benefit you.

• Someone is always available for you. Believe it or not, realtors still have lives outside of work and we honestly just need some time off every now and then. So the great thing about working with a real estate team is when the agent you’re working with is not available, chances are that someone else on that team WILL be available. We always have each others backs.
• We are always coming up with new and fresh ideas. As a realtor you need to stay updated on all your marketing and advertising. It is easier to come up with new ideas when you have multiple people contributing. Whether it’s how to advertise the team or a new listing, ideas are always popping into at least one of our heads.
• We have a larger sphere of influence. When someone on the team gets a new listing, someone else on the team might already have a buyer interested. From personal experience, we advertise each others listings on our personal Facebook pages and other social media sites. This allows more people to see the listing and possibly peak some interest!
• We are all different. You really have to “click” with your realtor or the transaction might not go smoothly. The great part of having a team is that there are multiple different people you can “click” with. For example, with The Heilbrun Team, we have 4 different agents. If you don’t like working with one of us, we have 3 other people to work with.
• We aren’t just a team, we are a FAMILY. Working with a real estate team, we will make you feel as if you are apart of our “work family”.
