Meatless Monday

Have you ever thought about going meatless or vegetarian?  What are the benefits?  Maybe you think that this is just to hard or you don’t know where to start.  What about just picking one or two days a week to go meatless.  Going meatless once a week may reduce your risk of chronic preventable conditions like cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and obesity. And going meatless once a week can also help reduce our carbon footprint and save precious resources like fossil fuels and fresh water.  Of course, you should always check in with your doctor before making any changes to your daily lifestyle.  We are by no means doctors or specialists in nutrition.  We would like to share a #meatlessmonday recipe with you.  Not only is this a good way to get your veggies in for the day but also it keeps you full.  Give it a whirl and tell us what you think!
